Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account, subscribing, or using Atlas Biometrics, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What Atlas provides
Atlas Biometrics is athletic self-tracking and educational periodization software. It helps members log personal metrics, follow structured training schedules, and access community discussion when included in their subscription tier.
Not medical care: Atlas does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any conditioning program.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid features require an active subscription processed through Stripe.
- Current prices, tiers, and included features are shown on the marketing site and at checkout (Base Protocol, optional Sonic Hybrid add-on, and Maintenance Plan when eligible).
- Card on file — charges deferred until you confirm readiness: When you add a payment method, Stripe stores your card and creates a subscription with billing on hold. This is not a time-limited promotional trial. Recurring charges stay deferred until you take the confirming action described below for each product. You may cancel while billing is on hold without being charged for that subscription period.
- Base Protocol — billing begins on Begin Protocol: Your first Base Protocol charge runs when you verify your base supplies have arrived and tap Begin Protocol on the Protocol Foundations page. That action ends the billing hold and starts your Base billing cycle.
- Self-directed tracking — billing begins on baseline setup: If you choose self-directed tracking at signup, your card is stored with billing on hold until you finish schedule setup and save baselines. Saving baselines ends the billing hold and opens the workstation — no supply checklist required.
- Atlas Hybrid at signup: You may choose Hybrid during membership setup and complete one Base checkout with billing on hold. You then complete one combined supply checklist. Base billing still begins on Begin Protocol; the one-time Hybrid unlock ($75) is charged when you confirm Sonic equipment on that checklist.
- Hybrid unlock after signup: Base Protocol members may unlock Hybrid Optimization from the dashboard. The one-time unlock is charged when you confirm Sonic equipment on the Sonic supply checklist.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year (based on the plan you selected) until you cancel through the Stripe customer billing portal in My Account or by contacting support.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops upcoming charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
- If payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to paid features may be revoked immediately or after any grace period configured for your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to bypass access controls, scrape other members' data, upload unlawful content to community areas, or interfere with service operation.
6. Community and AI coach
Forum posts and AI coach responses are for informational and peer-support purposes only. Do not rely on them as medical advice. We may remove content that violates community guidelines or applicable law.
7. Supply recommendations and third-party hardware
Equipment and supplement categories may link to a separate supply guide site with example compatibility options. Those pages may contain affiliate links. Atlas Biometrics LLC does not manufacture, sell, ship, certify, or medically recommend third-party products. Linked devices are presented as general wellness or athletic-conditioning examples only — not FDA-cleared treatments for any disease. You choose your own equipment and supplements and assume responsibility for retailer claims, fit, and safe use. Atlas membership does not require purchasing from supply-guide links.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Biometrics LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
